Shiatsu Plus Inc. offers warranty on all massage chairs and small products.
Orifinal invoice must be preset upon request of warranty services.
The warranty period is activated upon date of purchase and will include the following:
- Defective parts will be replaced or repaired with provided labour for free
- A series of thorough inspection is required before replacements or repairs
- Replacements and repairs will include any defective moving parts, mechannics, motors, metal/plastic frames and circuit boards
- Upon replacements or repairs, a full test will be done to ensure no defective parts exist
The following will not be included in the warranty:
- Shiatsu Plus Inc will not provide a complete exchange of a product
- Shiatsu Plus Inc. will not replace non-defective parts for free
- This warranty excludes in house repairs. Additional fees apply for in house service
- This warranty excludes transportation of product. Additional fees apply for transportation service
- This warranty excludes wear and tear situations on upholstering
- This warranty excludes products damaged by improper use, moving or modifications caused by customers
- Any modifications or repairs done by customers or third-party services without consent of Shiatsu Plus Inc. voids warranty
- Any damages caused by accidents, placement conditions or any other causes beyond Shiatsu Inc Inc.'s control is not included
- This warranty can not be transfered to secondary owners
